Talent Management Intern

Summary

The Talent Management Intern will be responsible for a variety of assignments that focus on the development of incoming and existing team members. This role will support the design and rollout of the career pathing project. The Intern will receive hands-on training and professional development in Talent Management while working closely with other Human Resources functional teams. 

What You’ll Do

•    Prepare training materials for learning programs, and projects
•    Coordinate, document, and ensure quality of provided trainings to the business 
•    Conduct and analyze best practices research for learning & development
•    Help implement specific learning & development initiatives 
•    Preform other duties as assigned 

 

What You’ll Need

Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience 
•    Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
•    Ability to work independently or in a team within an open office environment
•    Strong research and analytical skills
•    Must be a self-motivated individual
•    Ability to commit to a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week) 

Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience 
•    Pursuing degrees in Business, HR, Communications and/or Social Science or similar at an accredited University
•    Must be a rising Junior or Senior with a 3.0 or higher-grade point average

Physical Job Requirements 
•    Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
•    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
 

 

What You’ll Receive

Here’s what our program provides:
Full-time, paid 10-week internship, running from June 10-August 16
Hybrid working model based out of the Company headquarters located in Arlington, VA
Compensation of $20 per hour
Hands on learning and experience working on real projects
