As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for Early Career and Internship recruitment initiatives. As part of our team, you will gain exposure to diverse projects related to Talent Acquisition, equipping you with valuable skills and insights. This is a remote, paid, full-time internship during the Summer of 2024.
Your Impact
- Help create effective training materials for hiring managers and campus teams.
- Dive into market practices, talent insights, and industry trends to help educate business leaders.
- Research and establish connections with universities and student groups.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of recruitment templates.
- Build strategies to enhance our employer brand on campus, highlighting our organization’s values, culture, and opportunities.
- Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions.
What You Will Bring
- Must be enrolled in a full-time degree program with focus in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related studies.
A Plus If You Have
- Previous internship experience
- Previous project management experience and/or coursework
