What We Are Looking For:

Embark on a transformative internship journey with Conti Civil! We offer a hands-on experience in the construction sector, where you are not just an observer but a contributor. Engage in meaningful tasks and embrace the opportunity to learn and grow within our dynamic team.

Location:
In-person at our Edison, NJ office.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR and Recruiting teams in their day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in coordinating recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and organizing interviews.
  • Participate in HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing administrative support as needed.
  • Engage in special projects, offering insights and contributing to the team's objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree Program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and show initiative.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and advance within the role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HR information systems.
