NRCS Connecticut Archaeologist Trainee (Tolland, CT) 2024 Summer

USDA Agricultural Research Service is currently recruiting for an Archaeologist Trainee at Connecticut | Natural Resources Conservation Service (usda.gov) in Tolland, CT for Summer 2024. Assists with pre-field review and implementation of Phase I archaeological inventories in support of diverse undertakings. Assists with surveying for new sites using global positioning system (GPS) or geospatial information systems (GIS). Assists with carrying out projects related to stewardship, enhancement, and public interpretation of heritage resources, including public education and outreach programs.
