NRCS Natural Resources Specialist (Virtual - Washington, DC) 2024 Summer

USDA Agricultural Research Service is currently recruiting for an natural resources specialist at Contact Us | Natural Resources Conservation Service (usda.gov) in Washington, DC for Summer 2024. This position will assist NRCS in improving the delivery and quantifying the outcomes of targeted conservation efforts across the country.  Many of these targeted efforts are called landscape conservation initiatives (https://www.nrcs.usda.gov/programs-initiatives/landscape-conservation-initiatives).
Reviewing performance of NRCS landscape conservation initiatives.
Improving and/or developing records to manage landscape conservation initiatives.
Gathering information or success stories to describe impacts of landscape conservation initiatives. Supporting IT development to incorporate delivery of landscape conservation initiatives into agency systems.
