Sphere VIP Tours & Hospitality Academic Season 2024-2025 Student Associate Program (Las Vegas)

Who are we hiring?  

The VIP Tours Student Associate will support our Sphere + Sphere Studios tour program. Site tours support several internal business units including VIP bookings, Creative Development, Sales & Partnerships, Government Affairs, Investor Relations. You will assist with the coordination of site tours as well as on-site day-of logistics. This role includes interfacing with internal and external C-Suite executives as well as A-List creative talent.  

What will you do? 

Student Associate Program Overview

This program is designed to create real, valuable opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students to learn, grow, and explore MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports, and Sphere. As a Student Associate, you will gain valuable experience that will be applicable throughout your career. While participating in the Student Associate Program, students will have the opportunity to work with our employees to get a full understanding of the business. We also provide additional learning and development opportunities through an executive speaker series, mentorship program, career development workshops, and other social events.

Sphere VIP Tours

  • Maintain internal tour database and executive facing tour tracker. 
  • Assist with the coordination of catering + hospitality for high profile tours.   
  • Interface with Sphere operations and security to ensure all site tours run smoothly. 
  • Responsible for collecting notes and general feedback on Sphere tours.  
  • Support the Product Marketing Team 

What do you need to succeed? 

Knowledge & Skills: 

  • Heavy attention to detail 
  • Experience with working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience interacting with high profile executives and talent  
  • Entertainment, hospitality, business strategy, or event planning experience   
  • Interest in live music, entertainment, e-sports 

Requirements: 

  • This role is based in Las Vegas. No relocation flexibility.
  • Must be available to work 21-35 hours a week.  
  • Must be available from early October- end of April. 
  • Must be enrolled as a rising junior, senior, or graduate student. 
  • Must have a GPA of 3.2 or above.
