Talent Operations and Marketing Analyst Internship

What you’ll do: 

Data Analysis:

  • Gather, categorize, and analyze data from various channels to reveal emerging trends and insights within talent operations and marketing.
  • Compile comprehensive reports and presentations showcasing key findings and actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of data-driven strategies to elevate the effectiveness of talent operations and marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to uphold data accuracy and integrity, ensuring informed decision-making processes.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide essential administrative aid to talent operations and marketing teams, facilitating smooth coordination and workflow efficiency.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining both digital and physical documents, ensuring accessibility and ease of retrieval.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned, leveraging administrative expertise to drive successful outcomes in talent operations and marketing endeavors.

What we’re looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems).
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel, capable of comprehending and interpreting reports effectively.
  • Analytical Thinking: Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the extraction of insights from datasets and clear communication of findings.
  • Attention to Detail: Exhibits a keen eye for detail and a dedicated commitment to upholding data accuracy and integrity throughout the analysis process.
  • Adaptability: Possesses the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Auditing Skills: Conducts weekly audits on approved positions, requisitions, and career site postings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
