Finance Internship

Position Overview: Trilogy is seeking students interested in Accounting and Finance to join our 2024 Summer Internship Program. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting and finance within a fast-paced and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive self-starter attitude. As a Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and apply industry-standard Accounting and Finance practices and technologies.

• Hands-on experience with Accounting and Finance processes to include:
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
  • Invoicing and Billing processing
  • Vendor and Customer records reconciliations
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Month-end closing processes
  • Payroll processing

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the Accounting and Finance department
• Interaction with business executives and technical subject matter experts within the organization
• Competitive hourly pay

• Potential for part-time employment during Fall/Spring semesters (if desired)

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong academic background with coursework in accounting and finance preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus
