Executive/Administrative Assistant

Full time or part time Executive/Administrative Assistant position at our midtown NYC office. The job profile is as follows:

 

The Admin Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, handling expense reports, providing executive support, and handling administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience of 2 years or so  in Executive/Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Ability to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle travel arrangements
  • Expertise in handling expense reports and administrative tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Expertise in MS Office particularly Excel
  • Newly graduated or Final year students in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience in any accounting is a plus

Hourly rate could be $20-30/hour
