Marketing Internship (Hybrid or Remote)

The ManpowerGroup Marketing Internship provides an educational 10-week, paid experience for current Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing students seeking to jumpstart their career with a large public company. 

This role will work collaboratively within the marketing department at ManpowerGroup. The internship will include professional development, hands-on experience, and leadership development coupled with training in the desired field of study. This role is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Lead multiple key projects supporting the ManpowerGroup brands. Develop a project plan and report on status, culminating with an end-of-summer presentation to senior leadership.

•    Attend bi-weekly marketing calls discussing current North American Marketing projects and participate in marketing strategy and campaign strategy discussions. 

•    Understand and learn different organizational roles such as digital/web marketing, integrated marketing, content marketing, graphic design, social media, email, event marketing, and marketing analysis.

•    Projects can provide experience using Adobe XD, Bambu, Facebook, Facebook Business, Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Search Console, Highspot, Hubspot, LinkedIn, Microsoft Dynamics, Moz, BrightTalk, Outreach.io, PowerBi, PowerPoint, Powtoon, SEMRush, Sitecore, Sprout, Asana, and ZoomInfo.

•    Possible projects include: 

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
  • Build reports in PowerBI and create data visualizations
  • Develop influencer/advocacy marketing plans for Candidate Marketing
  • Develop social media content and calendar and post regularly on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Conduct marketing and competitive research
  • Create keyword, crosslink, and backlink strategies
  • Create presentation designs and interactive presentations
  • Learn Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google My Business
  • Write sales pitches and templates
  • Create target audiences and buyer personas
  • Create video snippets for advertising
  • Audit and create content for our brands

Qualifications - External

•    Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing at a College or University

•    Excellent Microsoft Office skills

•    Strong Communication skills

•    Organized, Creative, and Flexible

•    Ability to be self-motivated and disciplined

•    Excellent writing skills is a plus

•    Graphic Design experience is a plus in some projects/roles

•    Analytics or analysis experience is a plus in some projects/roles
