Field Operations and Marketing Internship

WHAT YOU WILL DO

During this program the intern will work with our Field Operations team at the agency, while filling the need as assistant on various accounts maintained by the agency. 

Interns will be involved in turnkey event management experience – from assistance with pre-planning event logistics, conference calls as needed per account (often with client), recaps and presentations. Intern will learn to strengthen communication across channels (mobile, voice and electronic) as well as accountability and “attention to detail” as they work alongside Field Operations and deliver the client’s goals while maintaining agency’s account growth expectations. 

  • Ensure Florida events are properly staffed, and client expectations are met timely.
  • Support local RSM’s/Event Managers with Spot Checks and Kit/Logistic Management
  • Assist with recruiting/onboarding Promotional Specialists nationally as needed across multiple clients.
  • Will review recaps, pictures, and RSM rosters. 
  • Assist Field Operations Coordinators as needed with presentations, data entry, reports, process improvements.
  • Understand all current processes/practices and identify areas of opportunity to take our staff to the next level.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key TEAM personnel, cross-functional teams, and client personnel.

 

WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD

  • Must be 21+
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills 
  • Sense of urgency as it relates to internal and external deadlines. 
  • Currently enrolled in a university with a bachelor’s degree or higher in progress
