Product Marketing Co-Op

As a Product Marketing Co-Op with the Rotary Strategic Business Unit (SPBU), you will play a crucial part in raising the profile, driving growth, and improving profitability of our Rotary Valve Product Portfolio across the globe. In this role, your work will cover a range of technical and creative activities related to all “4 Ps” of marketing. These include product design, pricing strategies, channels to market (place) and promotions. In addition to your immediate team of product managers and strategic marketers at the Rotary SPBU, you can also expect a significant amount of exposure to and collaboration with individuals and teams across world regions and other disciplines including engineering, sales and operations.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will be: 

  • Content creation/updates/corrections to product marketing collateral across both print and digital media, which includes internal and external website content
  • Help coordinate and provide tactical support (writing/design/logistics) for internal and external communications, presentations and/or events
  • Support global market research efforts of product managers and strategic marketing manager to help define future product developments and market share growth
  • Coordinate the production and delivery of demo units and other sales enablement tools to world areas
  • Learn product data management systems and provide tactical data analysis support to the department initiatives
  • Actively participate in strategic planning activities and workshops related to range of topics including product design/feature enhancements, marketing strategies and go-to-market process improvements.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Enrollment in an accredited bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Management or Engineering
  • Currently classified as a Senior with a graduation date of December 2024 or May 2025
  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this role

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • GPA 3.0 or higher
  • Ability to work independently, learn new tasks/handle multiple tasks, solve problems, meet deadlines, and show strong self-motivation and initiative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
