Equitable Education & Advocacy

Intern with an organization committed to advancing education and fostering innovation in teaching practices.

Education could be understood as a basic human right and a key tool to sustainable and effective development. In these regions, the rapidly growing population, the shortages of teachers, books, and basic facilities, and insufficient public funds are among some of the nation’s largest obstacles. As a result, there is an urgent need for innovative and qualitative approaches to teaching, specifically in English, special education, and primary level subjects. This organization is dedicated to supporting educators and educational institutions by providing them with training, mentorship and an increased access to resources and support. During your internship, you will closely collaborate with education professionals, gaining hands-on experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management in the local context. Your contributions will play a significant role in promoting education and equal access.

Depending on the Intern’s skill set and interest, the Intern will be assigned to one or more of the following projects associated with education:

  • Community Engagement & Outreach Programs
  • Curriculum Development & Enrichment
  • Classroom Assessment & Evaluation Strategies
  • Public Advocacy Campaigns & Youth Development
  • Student Mentorship & Support Programs
  • Research & Policy Analysis
