Salary $44,000 - $48,000 per year ( based on experience) + Paid Time Off + Benefits

As the  Regional will oversee local offices  admins, medical assistants and nurse practitioners.

As the Regional Office Manager at Chrysalis Health, you will be an integral part of a team who provides individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. The ROM will be required to visit Panhandle area offices.

 

Responsibilities:

  • First-Class Front Desk: Be the welcoming face of our office, greeting visitors, clients, and families with warmth and professionalism. Answer incoming calls promptly and handle messages with finesse.
  • Efficient Appointment Coordination: Take charge of scheduling initial and follow-up appointments for our psychiatrists and APRNs, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Meticulous Record Keeping: Maintain organized paperwork, filing systems, and records essential to our office procedures.
  • Communication Hub: Manage incoming calls and messages promptly and courteously, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service.
  • Billing Expertise: Take charge of psychiatric billing on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Leadership Role: Direct and oversee other office staff, including administrative and medical assistants, as necessary.
  • Office Operations Management: Ensure smooth office operations by overseeing equipment functionality, managing office supplies, and coordinating necessary permits and inspections.
  • Team Coordination: Create and communicate employee schedules, working closely with prescribers and program directors to meet scheduling needs and ensure coordinated care.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate a service-oriented attitude in all interactions, whether in person, over the phone, or in writing.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively managing stressful situations and diverse individuals with empathy and professionalism.
  • Team Player: Collaborate smoothly with colleagues, respecting management direction and fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Streamlined Administrative Support: Collect, sort, and manage mail, faxes, and applications with precision. Take the lead on psychiatric billing and assist other departments with clerical tasks.

 Candidate Requirements:

  • Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.
  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two-years administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse individuals.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Provide documentation of a valid Florida driver’s license and maintain proof of insurance. Maintain a safe driving record with no more than 6 points on a motor vehicle report (MVR).
