HR intern(Talent Assessment&System)

You will be responsible for:

  1. Assisting in managing internal and external assessment products for Trip.com Group and  contacting assessment vendors;
  2. Assisting in operating overseas recruitment systems and communicating with overseas HRs;
  3. Independently analyzing data relevant to recruitment assessments and processes;
  4. Assisting in completing other recruitment project management tasks.

We hope you:

  1. Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, expected graduate after 2025, with an interest in the human resources industry. Majors in human resources, psychology, or data analysis are preferred;
  2. Have experience in data analysis, proficient in various basic Excel functions and data pivot functions. Knowledge of simple SQL or R will be a plus;
  3. Can use English as working language. Those with overseas study or work experience are preferred;
  4. Can work on-site(Shanghai, HQ) at least four days per week for at least three months.
