HR intern(Talent Assessment&System)
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in managing internal and external assessment products for Trip.com Group and contacting assessment vendors;
- Assisting in operating overseas recruitment systems and communicating with overseas HRs;
- Independently analyzing data relevant to recruitment assessments and processes;
- Assisting in completing other recruitment project management tasks.
We hope you:
- Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, expected graduate after 2025, with an interest in the human resources industry. Majors in human resources, psychology, or data analysis are preferred;
- Have experience in data analysis, proficient in various basic Excel functions and data pivot functions. Knowledge of simple SQL or R will be a plus;
- Can use English as working language. Those with overseas study or work experience are preferred;
- Can work on-site(Shanghai, HQ) at least four days per week for at least three months.
