Summer Associate Job Description

We are looking for a Summer Associate to join our team for an eight-week period this summer. The internship requires 40 hours of remote work per week with a desired start date between May 15th and June 1st. 

The ideal candidate will be a 2L, 3L, or LLM candidate l with a demonstrated interest in healthcare innovation. Our Summer Associate position provides an opportunity for students to gain practical experience with structured guidance and feedback from some of the most knowledgeable and influential healthcare innovation attorneys in the country.

The Summer Associate will work with Counsel, Senior Counsel, and Partners to address regulatory and commercial concerns for innovative digital health and provider clients.

Responsibilities

  • Track and summarize telehealth legal changes in 50 states for internal and external distribution;
  • Support attorneys with MSO-PC projects;
  • Assist attorneys with Virtual Care Management (VCM) projects;
  • Observe client calls;
  • Manage tasks and actions in Basecamp, our project management platform;
  • Join weekly team meeting and training calls; and
  • Participate in regular mentorship check-ins with your assigned attorney mentor.
