Part-Time Spring 2025 Internship

Position Purpose:
Intern will develop an understanding of the assigned business unit, as it relates to its functional purpose and will learn standard work, strategies, philosophies, programs, and initiatives within the organization.
Principal Accountabilities:
Example duties include:
- Become familiar with the TVA business, organization, key decision makers, business processes and procedures. The intern will have the opportunity to interact with leaders and team members while learning the key components that drive their business unit’s strategic direction.
- Develop working knowledge of critical business functions as outlined by the intern’s manager and business unit.
- Learn to apply policies and procedures across the organizations: recommend continuous improvement changes in support of business needs and proactively develop an understanding of policies, procedures, and culture and communicate these to new and existing employees.

Position Locations: Chattanooga, Knoxville, Nashville, Huntsville, Memphis. Additional options throughout the Tennessee Valley may be available.
Education:
Seeking majors in Engineering disciplines, Computer Science/IT, Data Analytics, Business-related disciplines, and other related degrees.
Must have 30 semester hours completed.
Must currently be enrolled in a college or university program.
