Your future duties and responsibilities
What you’ll do (assignments may include responsibilities in one or more of the following areas):
• Apply your knowledge of AI/ML concepts, storytelling techniques, and design thinking to craft compelling narratives that articulate the business and human benefits of AI
• Work collaboratively with other CGI business consultants, technologists, and client stakeholders
• Potential project areas include: AI strategy development, governance, use case discovery, proof-of-concept development, and ethics.
• Conduct research and analyze insights to support materials ranging from client presentations and reports to internal materials.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to client proposals and presentations
• Apply Human Centered Design methods to understand and visualize information
• Participate in collaborative workshops, working visually in real-time
• Learn about CGI’s Business Consulting practice and offerings by working side-by-side with our team of experts from a variety of interdisciplinary backgrounds (e.g. AI advisory, business strategy and agility, human-centered design, organizational change management)


Required qualifications to be successful in this role
What you’ll need:
• Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college pursuing bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Some relevant areas of focus include: Information Science, Computer Science, Business, Experience Design
• Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts and techniques (e.g. GANs, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision)
• Understanding of storytelling frameworks and design thinking methodologies
• Enjoy working as part of a team and have the ability to work independently
• Have strong, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize insights from research and interviews
• Have a willingness to learn from feedback and grow from new experiences
• A positive outlook and desire for learning
• Excellent problem solving, written and oral communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity
• Ability to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period of time

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $20.00 - $25.00 hour.
