Radiologic Technologist

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist (RT) to join our client's dynamic healthcare team. You will be working in our client’s hospital and Level 3 trauma center with a 24-hour emergency room. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for administration of ionizing radiation to patients of all ages for diagnostic and/or research purposes, providing patient services, and performing radiographic procedures using radiographic modalities in acute care setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Your responsibilities will include patient care and education, X-Ray machines, CT scanners and MRI machine operation, image capture, radiation safety, image processing, documentation, and quality assurance.  
  • You will be expected to collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as radiologists, physicians, and nurses, to coordinate patient care and ensure accurate diagnostic results. 
  • You will be engaging in ongoing professional development to stay updated on advancements in radiologic technology, safety protocols, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an Allied Health Education and Accreditation AMA Radiography Program.
  • Ability to be American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certified within 90 days of hire.
  • Have the MN limited scope x-ray operator license OR ARRT certification upon hire.
  • Must maintain ARRT certification.

Pay Range:

  • $27.79 - $41.69 per hour
  • FTE: 0.7 (or 56 hours per pay period)
  • The approximate base compensation range is posted. The final base compensation will be determined by several factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our client’s team.

Shift Details

  • Shift Rotation: Day/Evening/Night, Rotation; 8 hours during weekdays, 12 hours during weekends. 
  • Shift Start Time: Varies
  • Shift End Time: Varies
  • You may have to work on some weekends or holidays. Flexibility in shift scheduling.
