About the Role:
Are you interested in a versatile role with leadership opportunities? We’re hiring a professional and proactive executive assistant to support our executives. You’ll be in charge of managing schedules, making travel arrangements, organizing our filing systems, and making sure administrative tasks run smoothly. Job seekers should love planning, organizing, and diving into new challenges.
Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
- Work with an executive to prepare for meetings and record minutes
- Screen incoming information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails, compile information, and report to an executive
- Serve as the main contact for high-level executive
- Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as assisting with scheduling, handling personal mail, etc
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office
Compensation
$40 - $45 Hourly
