About Us

Pike Market Senior Center & Food Bank is located in the historic Pike Place Market. We have been serving neighbors in the heart of Seattle since 1978. Pike Market Food Bank serves people of any age. We offer compassionate community-based food access programs that meet people where they are. The No-Cook Program specifically serves our neighbors who are experiencing homelessness. We design our service and source our food choices to meet the needs of people facing the challenges of surviving on the street, in shelters, or in marginal housing situations. More of our clients are using this service. The member will serve in a new role as coordinator which was created due to increased demand. The member will become our in-house expert on creating the best version of this service based on community feedback. Because this is a new position, the member will have a voice in shaping the program in the future. We expect to begin interviewing in June.  Visit us online at: https://www.pmsc-fb.org/ or contact host site staff directly at: kari@pmsc-dtfb.org for more information.
