We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with local businesses that are looking to hire interns or entry-level full-time employees. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong affinity for building relationships, and the ability to manage your time effectively. You will play a crucial role in expanding our network of partner companies and helping students find meaningful job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to local businesses in Irvine, CA or New York, NY that have internship or entry-level hiring needs.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential employers to understand their hiring requirements.

Present our training programs and the benefits of hiring our students to potential partner companies.

Coordinate with the internal team to match students with suitable job opportunities.

Track and report on outreach activities and results to ensure targets are met.

Participate in networking events and job fairs to promote our services and connect with potential employers.


Strong results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Highly responsible and detail-oriented work ethic.

Based in Irvine, CA or New York, NY.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Previous experience in business development, sales, or related roles is a plus.
