Tradeshow Brand Ambassador

D-Odorizer is seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Tradeshow Brand Ambassador. If you thrive in a professional team-based environment with ample room for growth, this position is tailor-made for you! The Brand Ambassador team is an inspiring group of empowered and knowledgeable individuals focused on increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various media channels and in-person events. The most important facet of a D-Odorizer Brand Ambassador is to educate while creating a memorable experience between the consumer and the brand. To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your outgoing personality with your networking, marketing, and sales skills to create memorable experiences and foster meaningful connections with our target audience. This position is temporary and offers an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in gaining practical experience in helping grow a startup company, learning the value of customer acquisition, honing your interpersonal and sales skills, and performing marketing campaigns.

You will be responsible for managing weekly tradeshow events at local farmers markets, creating engaging video and social content to promote sales, and learning how to respond effectively to customer questions regarding products. Opportunity to attend in-person events to represent our brand and boost commissions.

This role demands unwavering dedication and a genuine passion for achieving our shared goals within a 60-day timeframe. It's crucial to recognize that consistent sales growth, content creation, and regular posting are essential components of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, building rapport and fostering positive relationships.
  • Manage and oversee your sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute event-specific marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Client Branding/Marketing and foster connections with our valued clientele.
  • Establish and lead an engaging video-based community 
  • Attain at least 100 new customers by the conclusion of the ambassador program within your chosen brand(s) Community, setting an achievable goal for growth.
  • Attend virtual weekly meetings and events to represent the D-Odorizer brand (required for ambassadors attending in-person events – paid)
  • Collaborate with other Brand Ambassadors in the program to develop creative content strategies
  • Engage with community members and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Represent the brand and company in a positive and professional manner at all retail events, outside events, and on social media
  • Immerse yourself in the company's mission, vision, and goals
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to educate customers, retailers, and distributors about our products via in-store demonstrations and company related events/parties
  • Build rapport with customers and vendors
  • Communicate trends, opportunities and feedback to the Leadership Team
  • Drive brand awareness, positive impressions, and sell through of D-Odorizer products through various activations including but not limited to: community events, pop ups, and festivals.
  • Accurately and timely complete and submit end of shift reports online; 
  • Attends initial training as well as possible ongoing monthly product training, team meetings, client training, etc.
  • Restock assets prior to event days

Base Salary:

As a Brand Ambassador, you have the potential to earn uncapped weekly commissions with monthly bonuses when you meet your goals. In-person events will receive base pay plus commissions on sales earned at the events. Ambassadors will also have personalized discount codes to track digital sales to ensure accurate tracking of commissions for social media efforts. Each ambassador's progress is meticulously tracked, ensuring a fair and rewarding experience. These goals are easy to reach if you are consistently posting engaging content.
