Business Administration Intern

Position Summary: 

As a Business Administration Intern, you will gain valuable experience and insights into various aspects of business operations. This internship offers a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with different teams and contribute to projects across multiple departments, including marketing, finance, and operations. 

Duties, Responsibilities, & Expected Work Product: 

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes. 

- Support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies, including content creation, social media management, and campaign execution. 

- Assist in financial analysis and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. 

- Contribute to operational projects, such as process improvement initiatives, project management, and data analysis. 

- Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions, providing insights and recommendations based on research and analysis. 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various business initiatives and projects. 


- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions. 

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business software. 

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. 

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 


- Hands-on experience working on real-world business projects in a professional setting. 

- Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in various business functions.

Work location: Remote. Must reside in a HUBZone address. 

Hours:  10 hours per week or 40 hours per month. Flexible depending on the position requirement.
