REGISTRATION COORDINATOR 

The Registration Coordinator is an integral part of the Expo & Event Operations Team as they assist the Registration & Housing Manager’s operation execution for The PPAI Expo, and other PPAI events as assigned. This position is a part-time / full-time temporary position from September-February. 

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Travel may be required for The PPAI Expo, January 13-16th, travel dates may vary. 
  • Experience with HubSpot preferred. (optional) 

 

Essential Functions and Primary Duties 

  • Assist with event registration inquiries and concerns. 
  • Provide accurate information about event details, dates, and registration procedures. 
  • Monitor registration inboxes to support attendees and exhibitors in a timely manner. 
  • Assist with incoming calls from new and existing attendees.  
  • Assist with onsite event management, including setup and coordination of temps.
