Your day-to-day will involve:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Determining customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assisting customers on phone, email and chat platforms
- Using multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone
- Using problem solving and critical thinking skills to resolve concerns.

Must haves for the job:
- 18 Years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
