Business Development and Strategy Intern

We are currently seeking a motivated Business Development Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our operations, as it involves sourcing new candidates for our podcast and events, facilitating communication between various departments, and planning each episode of our podcast and event.

Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly understand the company's various activities and derivative products, ensuring they are accurately and attractively presented to potential clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, striving to expand sales channels.
  • Proactively engage and communicate with potential sponsors, promoting and selling sponsorship opportunities for events.
  • Responsible for negotiating sponsorship contracts, and ensuring agreements align with company objectives.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to sponsors, ensuring their satisfaction with sponsorship activities.
  • Regularly complete sales reports, sponsorship summaries, and market feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team, ensuring the smooth execution of events and meeting sponsors' needs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, majors in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related fields are preferred.
  • Work Experience: Experience in sales or event planning; candidates with a background in NGOs, associations, or other related organizations will be given priority.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, able to establish good relationships with clients from various backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities.
  • Ability to lead and work in a multitasking environment with a strong team spirit.
  • Proficient in standard office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to devise sales strategies.
