Long Term Care (LTC) Administrator -In-Training (AIT) /Assistant Administrator

Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center. – a 150-bed center in Fredericksburg, VA is looking for a LTC Administrator-In-Training (AIT).

  The AIT will train in all aspects of Center operations including leading the center management team, ensuring exceptional care, regulatory compliance, financial management, quality assurance, staffing, maintaining positive resident, family, employee and regulatory agency relationships.

Requirements for Assistant LTC Administrator

• A bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, or a related field, preferred.
• A strong desire to make a difference for our patients and employees. Must possess strong leadership, organization, communication, and management skills.
• Ability to travel, as needed
• Ability to relocate at end of Training, if needed
