Potomac Falls Health and Rehab Center in Sterling, Virginia is currently searching for a dynamic Long Term Care (LTC) Administrator -In-Training (AIT) to join our leadership team.

The AIT will train in all aspects of Center operations including leading the center management team, ensuring exceptional care, regulatory compliance, financial management, quality assurance, staffing, maintaining positive resident, family, employee and regulatory agency relationships.

Requirements for Assistant LTC Administrator
- A bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, or a related field, preferred.
- A strong desire to make a difference for our patients and employees. Must possess strong leadership, organization, communication, and management skills.
