Part-time Consumer Insights Internship (Onsite in TN)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Consumer Insights student to play a pivotal role in our research efforts, from inception to actionable insights. This role will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders, designing surveys, managing fielding processes, conducting rigorous data analysis, and presenting findings that drive strategic decisions.

What will you do:

Assist with Consumer Insights research process end-to-end by:

Attending meetings with stakeholders in the discovery process,

Survey design & programming

Fielding

Data scrubbing & analysis

Building results reports

Presenting results reports

Brand perception analysis or other ad-hoc studies.

Seek out and providing relevant secondary research.

Other duties as assigned.

What skills you will learn or develop:

Developing & maintaining relationships with stakeholders

Market research industry best practices

Survey development & execution

Hands-on experience with surveying platforms

Data analysis

Qualifications:

Must be a junior, senior, or recent graduate of a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or other related field.

Strong research and analytical skills required.

Must have a working knowledge of market research processes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Must be driven, willing to learn, and possess strong collaboration skills.

Experience with surveying platforms (e.g. Qualtrics) or experience in market research preferred.
