Job Summary

The Legal Assistant provides a broad range of legal support to the corporate legal department consisting of the Chief Legal Officer and a team of Corporate Attorneys.

 

*Role will be onsite twice a week

Job Responsibilities

  • Process subpoenas and requests for employment records.
  • Support AMN's litigation team, including organizing case files, preparing exhibits, assisting with eDiscovery, and searching dockets.
  • Intake and triage of legal claims and drafting of correspondence.
  • Manage electronic billing system for outside counsel.
  • Perform a variety of administrative and confidential duties in support of corporate attorneys.

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience

Additional Experience

  • Experience in the Legal Field, preferably in litigation

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate

$24.50 - $29.25 Hourly

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
