Mars Wrigley Strategic Sales Internship Experience

As a Mars Wrigley Strategic Sales Intern, you will gain exposure to the following:

Join a team of collaborative, motivated sales associates and own a business objective from start to finish. This may include elements of strategic planning, execution, or working with customers, all focused on amplifying our iconic confection brands for shoppers and consumers. You will participate in engagement activities, learn about other Demand areas of the business, and engage with senior stakeholders. Your project objectives are real and impactful and often turn into broader business workstreams or deliverables.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Curious students with high drive, a desire to learn, and who value relationship-building.
  • Students who are passionate about Sales & Marketing and the CPG industry.
  • Students to intern for the upcoming summer of their final graduation date (interviewing as current juniors, to intern as rising seniors).
  • Students legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future work status authorization or visa sponsorship for employment.
  • Internship employment is contingent upon successful completion of drug & background screening.
  • Students will be working at our Newark, New Jersey location

 

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Owning a real-time, relevant, business project that includes sales data & analytics, problem solving and creative thinking.
  • Delivering a final business recommendation to leadership and peers.
  • Integrating into one of many internal teams within the sales function.
  • Meeting with cross-functional partners within sales and marketing and beyond.
