Position
We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to enhance our firm's recruiting capabilities. This role involves supporting various client searches, sourcing and screening candidates, and gathering business intelligence.
Working alongside our Market Knowledge (i.e., Research) team and Senior Recruiters, the Associate Recruiter will gain a deep understanding of the executive search industry and learn extensively about the alternative investment space, including the markets and products relevant to specific searches.

Responsibilities
‐ Be an integral part of the entire search process from origination to close, gaining direct mentorship from both the Market Knowledge team and Senior Search Leads
‐ Source, identify, and screen suitable candidates by developing expertise in the financial industry to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
‐ Present candidates with applicable job opportunities
‐ Partner with clients to get a clear view of their strategic and hiring needs; devise and carry out a targeted sourcing and research strategy to address these needs
‐ Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships by actively networking in the industry
The ideal candidate for the Associate Recruiter role is comfortable and confident in interacting with both candidates and clients, demonstrating initiative to lead assignments with minimal guidance or supervision. They are outgoing, engaging, meticulously organized, and possess exceptional project management skills, incorporating high attention to detail in their work.
An inherent interest in finance is essential. Previous experience in Executive Search, Investment Banking, Investing, Consulting, and/or Business Development is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
