The firm specializes in tax planning, consultation and return preparation for corporations, partnerships, individuals, estates and trusts. Accounting services include compilations and reviews of financial statements. Other services include litigation support, payroll reporting, valuation, and strategic planning.

We have found that the internship is most successful when an intern can devote 35-40+ hours to the position.

Primary Job Functions:

·    Assist clients with bookkeeping and various reporting functions

·    Evaluate client books and financial data; assist with adjustments for GAAP compliance.

·    Prepare financial statements

·    Evaluate client books and financial data; assist with adjustments for tax compliance.

·    Prepare tax returns for all entity types.

·    Assist clients, partners, and other team members with a variety of other tasks including consulting and research.
