One Commercial interns build their skills and experiences in different areas of our customer & products business, including Mobility & Convenience, Fuels, Supply & Midstream, Aviation and Castrol.
We have roles on offer in:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Supply Chain
Our Commercial Internships are based in Chicago, IL and Wayne, NJ.
Successful interns will be considered for a full-time role within our One Commercial Program upon earning their degree. The One Commercial Program at bp is a development program for early careers, in which they will be exposed to commercial levers to discover, deliver and develop commercial value for bp, its partners and customers.

- We pay interns and co-ops a set non-negotiable monthly rate based on your degree major, degree level and year of graduation. For commercial, monthly salaries range from $3521 to $7500.

These are our requirements:
- Working toward bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or other relevant role discipline
- Graduating between December 2025 and May 2027
- Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
- Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Will not require sponsorship now or in the future
