Nucor Accounting Intern 2025

Nucor is seeking interns with a desire to learn, grow, and be integral members of the Accounting and Finance teams across the Nucor enterprise. This internship provides immersive accounting experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically the steel industry. This experience consists of ongoing divisional assignments that provide exposure to month-end closing and financial reporting, as well as group projects with interns at other divisions to drive value across the enterprise. Interns will have the opportunity to shadow experienced teammates across the division and learn how they contribute to the business practices and profitability of Nucor, a Fortune 150 company.

The Nucor Accounting internship program will ensure interns receive a learning experience that fits their career goals. Nucor seeks financial professionals that have an entrepreneurial mindset, high level of ownership and a desire to lead outside of the finance department. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
