Dates:          Tuesday May 27, 2025 – Friday August 1, 2025

We are a leader in the reinsurance industry. To maintain our commitment to the highest quality service, we are seeking a group of interns interested in Underwriting & Actuarial related functions within the insurance/reinsurance profession.

This will be a 10-week program with interns rotating throughout the Underwriting and Actuarial departments. The internship will require you to complete skills-based projects, shadow underwriters & actuaries, and take part in corporate initiatives. Towards the end of the program, the group will work as a team to complete a project and present to the underwriters and actuaries.

Interns will gain experience in the following areas:

·        Property Underwriting

·        Casualty Underwriting

·        Specialty Underwriting

·        Actuarial Pricing

The group will develop the following skills:

·        Analyzing data and drawing conclusions

·        Collaborative work with a team and independently

·        Problem-solving and presenting

·        Networking and building relationships

Qualifications:

·        3.0 GPA or higher

·        Sophomore and Junior undergraduate status

·        Interested in insurance industry or related field.

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)

·        Strong analytical and research skills

·        Proficient with Excel, specifically with the use of pivot tables.

·        Work well within a collaborative environment.

·        Strong work ethic with Focus, Respect, Integrity, Passion, and Precision
