Substance Abuse Therapist

Substance Abuse/Mental Health Therapist is needed at Human Skills & Resources, in our Sapulpa office. If you are an LPC, LADC, LMFT, LCSW or eligible for license in the state of Oklahoma, we would like to talk to you about joining our team.

Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Responding to referrals of patients needing services in a timely manner
  • Conducting and completing assessments and treatment plans
  • Providing individual and group therapy
  • Providing In office therapy sessions
  • Completing service notes, discharges and documentation in a timely manner
  • Work with a team of professionals to accomplish the agency goals
  • Must have proficient computer skills and be able to complete documentation and paper work thoroughly and on time.

Must be an LPC, LMFT, LADC or LCSW OR be an active candidate of one of these licensures.
