Faith Formation Coordinator - K-6 Grade

The Parish of Saints Joachim and Anne is seeking a highly skilled Faith Formation Coordinator for our Kindergarten through 6th grade program. The key responsibility is to coordinate a comprehensive faith formation and sacramental preparation program by providing curriculum and experiences in support of the Catholic faith. This is a 12-month, full-time position.

Qualifications: Practicing Catholic living a lifestyle consistent with Church teachings. BA in Theology, Catholic Studies, Catechesis, Religious Education, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum and teaching. Familiarity with faith formation models. Strong leadership and communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Ability to recruit, support, and oversee volunteers. Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft and G-suite products, as well as social networking tools. Desire to lead youth and families to purse a life of Spirit-filled holiness through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ within the parish community and the entire Catholic Church.
