Location Requirements: Hybrid (~3 days in office; ~2 days remote/week)

If yes, you could be a great fit as a Finance Intern – Business Controlling at Henkel, where you will gain valuable experience in corporate finance through hands-on experience in reporting, planning, and business analysis. 

 

Depending on your location, you will be supporting either our Consumer Brands (Stamford, CT), Professional Hair (Culver City, CA), or Adhesive Technologies (Bridgewater, NJ; Madison Heights, MI; Rocky Hill, CT) business units.   

 
You can expect your internship to include assignments like:  

Providing business controlling and finance support to the business  

Expanding your skills in overall financial management and reporting with full exposure to the P&L 

Completing an independent and group project that will support short-, mid-, and long-term financial and strategic planning 

 

In addition to the job functions of your assigned department, you will also develop your professional skillset through:

YOUR SKILLS 

A current undergraduate student planning to graduate in December 2025 or 2026 and majoring in finance, accounting, business administration, supply chain, business analytics or similar  

Analytical and problem-solving skills 

Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 

PowerBI and/or SAP experience are a plus
