In the role as the Talent Management Coordinator, you will be tasked with assisting the CEO on day-to-day responsibilities, including athlete recruitment and management, strategic ideation, and campaign development for the company as well as our clients. This individual will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and a willingness to learn about the sports and entertainment representation industry through a unique lens. Candidates will be receiving academic credit for this internship position.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary assistant to the CEO on a day-to-day basis.
- Help identify and recruit new athletes for agency representation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with athletes and clients.
- Facilitate communication between the agency and client to enable smooth collaboration.
- Regularly communicate with athletes to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and agency representatives to discuss strategies, campaigns, and contractual matters.
- Provide regular updates to both athletes and clients on ongoing projects, endorsements, and contractual negotiations.
- Interact and communicate daily with brands and properties to support positive relationships that result in enhanced partnerships.

- Program skills: advanced knowledge of G Suite, Microsoft Office, Square Space, Mail Chimp, Canva, and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Threads, etc. preferred.

- Proven ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and prioritize.
- Maintain standards and professionalism with colleagues, clients, and partners during periods of fluctuating workloads.
- Passion for sports, brand, and athlete marketing that is contagious.
- Willingness to assume an advanced role and be a direct representative of a fast-growing agency at a client-facing level.
- Maintain team standards through supporting other team members in achieving their service/quality levels and targets, as required.
- Build effective working relationships with other team members and externally.
- Help build and maintain new relationships on behalf of the agency.
- Manage daily tasks to ensure business needs are consistently met.

Education and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related experience and/or training preferred

This is largely a sedentary role; and this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
