Summer 2025 DC Leadership Management Intern
About the Role
As a Leadership Management Intern at Kohl’s eCommerce Fulfillment Center (EFC) or Retail Distribution Center (RDC) you will obtain hands-on experience in the many facets of distribution operations and be exposed to the behind-the-scenes of managing a high volume of online order fulfillment.
What You’ll Do
- Learn how a Kohls.com order goes from a click to the Customer’s front door or one of Kohl’s brick-and-mortar stores
- Gain an understanding of the distribution process and building operations of an e-fulfillment Center or Distribution Center
- Analyze results and invest in and offer solutions for underperforming areas
- Learn how to lead a team of associates and manage daily and weekly tasks and goals
- Navigate peer-to-peer relationships and have courageous conversations
What Skills You Have
Required
- Undergraduate Junior
- Flexibility in hours to support multi-shift operations
- Full-time (40 hours) availability from June through August
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
