The BOLT (Building Opportunities & Learning Together) Intern Program is Kinder Morgan’s elite summer internship program. Our pipelines transport natural gas, gasoline, crude oil, carbon dioxide (CO2) and more. POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a Human Resources Intern, you will:
- Receive diversified training through on-the-job assignments
- Be exposed to other HR functions outside of your immediate work group, including our HR Leadership team
- Learn more about Kinder Morgan and the energy industry
Responsibilities may include:
- HR Business Partner role supporting various lines of businesses
- HR Services (HR compliance, recruiting or talent development)
- Compensation & Benefits
- Additional projects spanning different HR functions Our Company
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Pursuing a undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Human Resources & Industrial Relations or Business
- A minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale
- Current level in college: Junior or Senior
- Some experience working in an office environment preferred
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized with an attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft office products
- Demonstrates taking ownership of projects
