Key Responsibilities:
- - Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, grooming, and medication administration.
- - Respond to medical or behavioral needs during the day program following established procedures.
- - Foster a positive and empowering atmosphere, encouraging residents to engage in social, recreational, and skill-building activities.
- - Document observations, incidents, and interventions in resident records.
- - Work collaboratively with team members, case managers, healthcare professionals, and families to provide comprehensive care.
- - Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment through light housekeeping and safety checks.
