Location Requirements: If working at our Bridgewater location, you will be expected to be in the office ~3 days/ week and ~2 days remote.

Depending on your location, you will be working with different areas of our Adhesive Technologies business unit. 

 
You can expect your internship to include assignments like:  

Contributing to the development and execution of global market segment strategy to achieve financial goals  

Driving analysis of global market size, landscape, segmentation and derive channels for go-to-market 

Conducting market and competitor research  

Co-creating strategic customer success plans and road mapping  

Supporting development of marketing collateral and social media content to enable sales team to better communicate Henkel’s unique selling propositions 

Collaborating with global cross-functional team to gather insights and support alignment

YOUR SKILLS 

A current undergraduate or MBA student planning to graduate in December 2025, 2026, or 2027 and majoring in marketing; business administration or business analytics   

Analytical and problem-solving skills 

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint 

PowerBI experience are a plus
