Sales Intern

ZF Foxconn Chassis Tuscaloosa is a global company and a leader in driveline and chassis technology. We are a tier 1 supplier for Mercedes-Benz U.S International supplier. As a sales intern, you will work on a variety of projects that correlate to the complex and always changing needs of the plant. Some projects include maintaining Daimler's BKM (demand capacity management) system, assist suppliers from around the world as well as ZF Foxconn's purchasing team in Duncan, SC. 

 

General Requirements: 

  • Majoring in: Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Ability to work 15-25 hours/week during the school year and 30+ hours/week during the summer
  • Capable of working in a cross-functional team
  • Willingness to actively participate in ZF’s Interns and Young Professionals (IYP) community outreach efforts
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in communicating with various people across different departments within ZF, Daimler/Mercedes, and suppliers globally

 

Preferred requirements:

  • Past work experience (previous internship experience is ideal, but not required)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
