Business Intern (Finance, Marketing, Accounting, HR)

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals for our summer 2025 Fast Track program. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various business functions including Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources. Interns will work closely with department managers and team members to support key projects and daily operations, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

Finance:

  • Assist in financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Support the preparation of financial documents, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Help analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations.


Accounting:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.


Human Resources:

  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes and employee orientation programs.
  • Support learning & development initiatives along with diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Help maintain employee records and assist in the administration of HR policies and programs.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business-related field (finance, accounting, marketing, human resources, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
