What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Customer service administration, data entry and system navigation skills required, with proficency in Microsoft Office programs; Salesforce experience a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service and problem-solving skills.
Coordinate registrations: registration resets, inquiries from distributors and dealers, handles MyExmark registrations, Salesforce cases, and other registration related issues.
Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone and email.
Helped organize and maintain digital filing systems for customer service records.
Maintain customer list, letters, envelopes, printing, stuffing, mailing.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
To be eligible for this program you must be a student currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Good communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and make a positive contribution.
Attention to detail and quality.

Competitive Pay- The anticipated pay range is $18.00-25.00 per hour.
