Dealer Experience Intern
Summary of Responsibilities:
This position is for a 10-week Summer Internship. The Dealer Experience Intern will support our Sales Strategy & Implementation Team.
This 2025 Summer Internship is for undergraduate students who have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.

Essential Functions:
The Dealer Experience Intern will support our Sales Strategy & Implementation Team with projects such as:
- Supports projects and initiatives targeted at strengthening and improving SC’s dealer experience, aimed at exceeding expectation and prior year dealer satisfaction scores.
- Partners with Auto Relationships leadership to identify organizational priorities and draft strategic plans.
- Collaborates with executive leadership to create SanUS board, regulator, dealer and internal presentations.
- Manages dealer feedback channels, including Dealer Advisory Councils, Dealer Forums and dealer surveys.
- Gathers market intelligence and develops proposals/campaigns to garner new business, ensuring a consistent flow of new revenues to the company.
- Uses knowledge of markets, industries, and clients to determine demand, future trends and potential projects.
- Partners with Auto Relationships leadership, Finance, Vendor Management and Accounting departments on the planning of annual Auto Relationship departments' budgets, monthly reporting, reconciliation and allocations.
- Support Financial Services in building the operating plan / business strategy.
- Identifies and implements sales operation efficiencies.
Requirements:
- An undergraduate student with an expected graduation date between Fall 2025 - Spring 2026
- Major in Business or related field
- A cumulative GPA or 3.0 or above
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced market environment
- Solid professional and personal work ethic
- Ability to work independently on special projects
- Ability to work in an environment that supports employees from all backgrounds and fosters an environment of inclusion.
Working Conditions:
- Extended working hours may be required as dictated by management and business needs.
- Travel to multiple facilities may be required.
- May be required to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to twenty (20) pounds.
- May be required to sit and review information on a computer screen for long periods of time.
- May require repetitive motions of the hands and wrist related to writing and typing at an electronic keyboard.
- Corporate / satellite office role.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
