Job Description:

The Dental Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of our dental practice, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient management of office staff. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of patient care, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Staff Management: Supervise, train, and evaluate office staff of up to 25 people to ensure optimal performance and professional development.

- Patient Relations: Ensure excellent patient care by managing patient inquiries, complaints, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

- Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointment schedules to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction.

- Financial Management: Oversee billing, insurance claims, accounts receivable, and manage office budgets.

- Compliance: Ensure the practice complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Inventory Management: Manage office supplies and dental materials inventory to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.

- Technology Management: Oversee the maintenance and efficient operation of office technology and dental software.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on office performance, financials, and other key metrics.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dental or medical office management role, with proven experience managing a large team of at least 25 people.

- Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in Eaglesoft dental practice management software is required.

- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
